Employee Benefit Optimization

Employee benefits should be viewed as part of how you are compensated by your employer.

Employee benefit review involves:

- Reviewing group life, disability, health and in some cases long term care insurance and optimizing this coverage with what you can receive privately on your own
- Optimizing your retirement benefits package including pension plans and defined contributions plans such as 401(k), 403(b) or 457 plans.
- Taking advantage of fringe benefits
- Taking advantage of tax advantaged offering such as health savings account, child care reimbursement accounts and/or medical reimbursement options
- Helping small business determine appropriate benefit packages and vendors to provide this service.
